The Rolex Daytona has been manufactured by Rolex since 1963, and the name refers to Daytona, Florida, where motorsport was flourishing in the 20th century. The Daytona became infamous as it was worn by Paul Newman consistently, as he pursued his racing career. The 116500LN model features an oyster bracelet made from oystersteel and the bezel features the tachymetric scale, and is finished in black ceramic.

This model is complete with a white dial displaying lapsed time, and 18 carat white gold hour markers and hands.
